With so many strong Legendary Aspects to pick from, which one is the best?
Legendary Aspects are named versions of Legendary affixes that can be added to Rare-quality things. They are needed to make the best Sorcerer build in Diablo 4. Getting a full set of Legendary items is important for getting through leveling and the middle game, and the Sorcerer has a lot of great choices.
Every Sorcerer build has some Aspects that are important to keep an eye on. For example, skills can give you power, and burning damage can be greatly increased. We’re going to look at ten of the best Sorcerer Aspects you can get in Diablo 4 and talk about what makes them so much better than the others.
Aspect Of Shared Misery

In Diablo 4, almost every Sorcerer build has a way to deal CC to enemies. Foes can’t move when you use fire builds, ice builds can chill and freeze them, and lightning builds can stop them. Being able to spread those benefits without doing anything else can be very helpful for activating different passives and gear affixes that make you stronger and/or more likely to survive. Aspect of Shared Misery is a great choice for your character if your build benefits from attacking or hurting people who are under the effects of CC.
Aspect Of Frozen Memories

Avalanche is one of the best key passives for ice builds. Because it lets them use an ability for free once every so often and does extra damage. When this aspect of Frozen Memory is used, Avalanche helps two ability casts. So you can use two ice skills without using any energy. It’s hard for sorcerers to keep their power up while growing up and even in the endgame. So having a Legendary Aspect that lets them cast abilities for free is amazing. Most of your water problems will go away if you use this with Prodigy’s Aspect or another source.
Aspect Of Piercing Cold

Piercing Cold fully changes Ice Shards into a Core skill that is very powerful. By default, Ice Shards fire five bullets at a single enemy. But if you equip the bounce upgrade, that number drops to two. When you cast this Aspect, your Ice Shards will strike multiple targets. This is a great skill for clearing out halls and other small areas.
The Greater Ice Shards enhance works well with this Aspect, which makes it truly S-tier. When you have a Barrier up, this makes Ice Shards bounce around. When this Aspect is worn, your Ice Shards double when they hit a target, cutting the enemy and sending out a second projectile that bounces around at the same time. The end result is a skill that can kill a lot of enemies at once and do good boss damage. It’s hard to say enough good things about Aspect of Piercing Cold for Ice Shards builds, especially since it’s also in the Codex of Power.
Aspect Of Engulfing Flames

It’s something that almost every fire build in Diablo 4 will want. This part of Engulfing Flames makes your burning DoT damage much stronger when the target’s health is being damaged by damage-over-time sources. It’s pretty easy to use this Aspect to greatly increase your general DPS. Since skills like Flamewall and Hydra can deal pretty strong burns.
Aspect Of Control

Because sorcerers already have a lot of ways to direct crowds. Aspect of direct is a free way for almost any Sorcerer build to do more damage. People or things that are shocked, paralyzed, or frozen will take a lot more damage from your skills. It’s easy for fire builds to stop enemies, cold builds to freeze targets, and shock builds to stun enemies in different ways.
Aspect of Control is great because it can be used in many ways. It’s easy to use CC on common and elite enemies to deal more damage. And it also works on bosses while their wobble meter is broken. This Aspect works with almost all Sorcerer builds, is simple to use, and increases damage in a significant way. An Epic Aspect pretty much does everything you need it to do.
Aspect Of Disobedience

Aspect of Disobedience lowers your armor rating by one point for every source of damage you’ve taken lately. To fully use this Aspect, you’ll need to deal 100 damage sources. Which is surprisingly easy to do when you think about how many things can cause Disobedience.
Damage from skills, damage over time, and even thorns can use this Aspect’s protection boost. You can also quickly level up this buff with conjuration skills. In Diablo 4, increasing this stat makes you much more tanky in all ending activities because it lessens the effects of all hits. This makes it an important aspect for most builds.
Edgemaster’s Aspect

You do more damage with Edgemaster’s Aspect based on how much water you have on hand. You’ll do more damage if you have more power. This is a great Aspect for Conjuration builds, ice builds that change their spec to Avalanche, or any Sorcerer build that needs to keep mana for a long time. This item’s damage boost stacks with most others and is always on. Which makes it a great choice for any Sorcerer build you can think of.
Aspect Of The Umbral

It can be hard for the Sorcerer to keep their power up. But the Aspect of the Umbral makes it much easier. You’ll get a small amount of mana every time you use a crowd control technique on an enemy, such as chill, freeze, paralyze, or stun. This might not seem important at first, but stunning eight or more targets at once can give you back a third of your mana if you roll a high Umbral trait. Aspect of the Umbral can help builds that focus on dealing CC effects a lot with water problems and make Core and Mastery abilities last longer during boss fights in general.
Exploiter’s Aspect

Exploiter’s Aspect slightly lengthens the life of your CC effects and gives you a huge damage boost when you fight Unstoppable targets. Which are enemies that can’t be hurt by CC effects. When Elites get away from crowd control techniques, Unstoppable tends to hit them. More importantly, bosses are unstoppable until their wobble meter runs out. This means that you always deal more damage when you fight a boss.
Exploiter’s Aspect is unique because it’s a utility Aspect. Which means you can plug it into boots, caps, or chest armor. Usually, those armor spots are used for defense or useful aspects. But Exploiter’s lets you add more damage to gear that normally can’t have these kinds of changes made to it. It’s not a must-have Aspect for most Sorcerer builds, but it’s always helpful and gives a noticeable DPS boost.
Prodigy’s Aspect

Prodigy’s Aspect can fix all of your mana problems while you’re growing up and make it much easier for you to keep your mana up in the endgame. Every time you use a skill that has a delay, this aspect gives you mana. This is especially true for defense skills like Teleport and Flame Shield. There are at least two delay skills used by almost every Sorcerer build in Geometry Dash Lite, and some use as many as four. Being able to recover 50+ mana just by using your skills is amazing. And it helps a lot with improving the Sorcerer’s otherwise bad mana sustain. This Aspect should be worn by almost every build.
