In reviews that have been shared online, clients describe how they’ve been able to utilize the services U.S. Money Reserve offers and share some of the reasons they became repeat customers.
How Clients Have Worked With U.S. Money Reserve
In some cases, portfolio holders who are new to the precious metals market reach out to U.S. Money Reserve to learn more about the market and the factors influencing gold prices.
In addition to precious metals price charts, in-depth reports, and other informative materials U.S. Money Reserve provides on its website, U.S.-based Account Executives from the company are available via phone to answer questions that potential and current clients may have.
Kevin S., one of the portfolio holders who has worked with U.S. Money Reserve, says the representatives he has spoken to have been well-informed and service-oriented.
“Both…have been proven to be helpful,” Kevin says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews posted on the Better Business Bureau website.
U.S. Money Reserve has also offered assistance to a number of portfolio holders — including Lisa F. — who wanted to establish and fund self-directed individual retirement accounts (IRAs) that could hold precious metals as part of their asset mixes.
“Incredible customer service!” Lisa says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews shared on Google. “I wasn’t even sure who managed my retirement fund from a previous employer. [U.S. Money Reserve] not only found the account but [were] able to get all of my funds transferred into my bank account. Then they helped me understand and [set] up my IRA.”
In another one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews on Google, Lawrence L. thanks the company for the help he received.
“Transferring my IRA was easy, and the company continued checking to make sure I was satisfied,” Lawrence says.
After portfolio holders set up their self-directed IRAs, U.S. Money Reserve can help them obtain physical precious metals to hold in their accounts.
“I was very pleased with the process,” Gregory D., one of U.S. Money Reserve’s clients, says in a review shared on the Better Business Bureau website. “My representative is a professional, and I totally agreed with his investment options after I had completed my research. I feel very secure and satisfied with my decision and portfolio.”
According to Kathleen S., U.S. Money Reserve made sure she understood and approved each transaction before it occurred.
“The Account Executive has been most attentive to my concerns [and] requests — and with full attention,” she says in one of U.S. Money Reserve reviews published on the Better Business Bureau website. “I appreciate the time, answers, and work in accomplishing my accounts in full.”
If you need to return a precious metals product after purchasing it, U.S. Money Reserve offers a generous buyback policy. Clients can return qualifying certified coins within 30 days of purchase. Provided the coin is in its original condition in its sealed container, the company will provide a full refund, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
Jimmy and Lorraine R. were able to take advantage of U.S. Money Reserve’s buyback commitment when they experienced a hardship.
“U.S. Money Reserve is true to their contract,” the couple says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. “My family and I had an unfortunate turn in our life, and we requested a refund. We received our refund quicker than we could imagine.”
U.S. Money Reserve will also buy back certified coins purchased from the company if you, like Dan K., later decide you would like to liquidate some of your precious metals assets.
“When I [have needed] to sell any assets, I have worked with [my Account Executive], tracking the process in obtaining my money; and she is a joy to work with,” Dan says in one of the U.S. Money Reserve reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. “Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with [U.S.] Money Reserve and would recommend them to anyone.”

Not only was [the Account Executive patient], [but] he [also] convinced me to call back tomorrow. This has never happened before.”
