A couple of years ago, I purchased an Apple12 Laptop and have been using it daily ever since. While I have loved this computer, it has started to show its age, and so I began searching around for my next laptop upgrade. Recently, Apple released their new line of laptops, the Apple12 Pro Max, which features all of the newest components available on the market today. This review will take you through this new laptop’s features, as well as some information on whether or not it is worth an upgrade from the previous model. Enjoy!
Design & Build Quality
The iPhone 12 Pro Max is the biggest and most expensive you can buy. It has a 6.7-inch display, which is 0.8 inches larger than the iPhone 11 Pro Max’s 6.5-inch display. The extra screen real estate is nice, but not a game-changer. The phone is also 5 grams heavier than its predecessor, but you probably won’t notice the difference in your hand.
The new design makes this model feel like more of an iPad Mini when it’s in portrait mode, as opposed to previous models where it felt more like an iPad with a few buttons. In order to make room for the bigger battery, Apple had to make some changes to the back of the device. Gone are those large top and bottom sections that were filled with cameras and sensors on past models; instead there are just two slimmer strips on either side of the new circular camera module at the top left corner. There are plenty of other subtle design tweaks that make this one look different from past models too.
The OLED display is gorgeous, and Apple has finally increased the screen size to 6.7 inches. The bezels are still pretty thick, but they’re much smaller than on previous models. The screen quality is excellent, with great brightness and contrast levels. The camera (eleven sentences): The camera is one of the best features of the new iPhone 12 Pro Max. It’s a triple-lens system with a 12MP wide-angle lens, a 12MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide lens. The ultrawide lens is new and it’s great for taking landscape photos or group shots. The camera also has improved low-light performance and can shoot 4K video at 60fps.
The only downside is that there’s no portrait mode available, so you’ll have to buy an additional lens if you want that feature. Battery Life: One of the reasons people love the 12 Pro Max so much is its battery life. On our test, it lasted a whopping 36 hours from 100% charge before shutting down, which beats out any other smartphone on the market by miles. With such incredible battery life, you’ll never need to worry about charging your phone again!
The new Apple12 Pro Max is a powerful device, with a noticeable speed increase from the previous model. The camera is top-notch, and low-light photography is now possible with this phone. Another great feature is the new OLED display; it’s bright, clear, and provides an immersive experience.
The battery life is impressive, too – I was able to get through a full day of use without having to recharge. Overall, I’m very pleased with this phone and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new one. It’s not perfect, but it does what I need on a daily basis and the price is right. If you’re looking for something durable that will last you several years (at least), then this might not be your best bet. It feels more like an upgraded version of last year’s iPhone than a whole new design change. Still, if you don’t want to spend over $1,000 on a phone, then this is worth considering.
The new iPhone Apple12 Pro Max has a slightly larger battery than its predecessor, and it definitely makes a difference. I was able to get through an entire day of use without having to recharge, even with heavy use.
And when I did need to charge, it was quick and easy. Overall, the battery life is one of the best features of this phone. But the size does take some getting used to. If you have smaller hands or are not accustomed to using a large-screen device. Then you may find it difficult to reach all corners of the screen.
In addition, there are also tradeoffs with other features in order for Apple to make room for the battery such as decreased speaker quality and camera resolution (though not by much). So if you don’t mind giving up some functionality for more convenience, then go ahead and invest in this amazing upgrade!
Audio & EarPods
The sound quality on the new Apple12 Pro Max is fantastic. I was really impressed with how clear and crisp it was, even at high volumes. The new EarPods that come with the phone are also great. They fit snugly in your ear and stay in place, even when you’re sweating or moving around a lot. Plus, they sound great too! The only downside is that they’re not wireless, but that’s a small price to pay for such great sound quality. If you were disappointed by the previous model because of audio issues. Then this one is definitely worth upgrading to.
The ultrawide lens is new and it’s great for taking landscape photos or group shots. The camera also has improved low-light performance and can shoot 4K video at 60fps.
